We’ve had a shocking number of squirrels coming into the yard recently. This just never happens like this. We see them in the woods, but not up close in the yard. It appears as if they are struggling to find food this year. They are too skittish out in the open yard to stop moving long enough for a decent photo. I got this photo through the window today, of one that was just out from the wood line.
